At Property Pixel, we are dedicated to providing top-tier photography and videography services that elevate your real estate listings. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our licensing terms when you choose to work with us.
Limited Use License
When you engage Property Pixel to photograph or video your property, you are granted a one-time, limited license to use the provided images and videos exclusively for the duration of your listing. This license allows you to effectively showcase your property during its market period.
Ownership and Copyright
As the creators of the content, Property Pixel retains all ownership and copyright of the images and videos we produce. This means:
- You are permitted to use the content solely for your real estate listing purposes.
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of our content without explicit permission is prohibited, much like personal use licenses for music, software, eBooks, and movies.
Usage Rights
Our licensing agreement is designed to cover a broad range of usage scenarios while safeguarding our creative rights. Key aspects include:
- Non-Exclusive: While you have the right to use the content, it remains available for others to license.
- Non-Transferable: The license is specific to you and cannot be transferred to third parties without our written consent.

Property Preparation & Return Fee
At Property Pixel, we aim to deliver exceptional photography and videography services that highlight your property’s best features. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our property preparation and return fee policies below:
Property Preparation
- Fully Ready for the Shoot: Please ensure your property is completely prepared and ready at the scheduled time of your photo or video shoot.
- Client Responsibilities: While we’re happy to assist where possible, our team is not responsible for tidying up, turning on lights, or moving items out of the way.
- Optimal Presentation: A clean, well-lit, and clutter-free property allows us to capture the best possible visuals for your listing.
Return-to-Home Fee
- Additional Visits: If a photographer or videographer needs to revisit your property for any reason other than weather-related issues or an error on our part, a return-to-home fee will apply.
- Fee Details: The return-to-home fee is $90 plus GST.
- Exceptions: This fee does not apply in cases of severe weather conditions or if the need for a return visit is due to our team’s oversight.
